Swelling of legs and face

Patient was a symptomatic 2 months back but there is sudden swelling of legs and face.

Hypertension
Non diabetic
Non tuberculosis
FAMILY HISTORY
Patient mother is hypertensive
PERSONAL HISTORY
Diet: mixed diet
Appetite: loss of appetite
Sleep: normal
Bowel and bladder: abnormal
GENERAL EXAMINATION
Conscious and cooperative
Patient was fat and well nourished
Pallor: present
Icterus: absent
Cyanosis: normal
Iymphodenopathy: present
