Chief compliant: patient told that she is suffering from stomach burns , burning and irregular urine.swelling of legs and face.

History of present illness: patient is suffering from stomach burns which is more during night time.due to that she is unable to sleep.

    Duration: from 2 months
    No reliving and aggregation factors.

History of past illness:
 Diabetic:from 7 yrs
  Hypertension: from 7 yrs
  Heart problem : from 7 yrs.she has gone heart surgery 7 yrs back.
