A 31 years old male came to OPD with chief compliant of stomach pain.

A male patient complaint of stomach pain in left side and vomiting from 5 days.
History of present illness.
Patient was apparently asymptomatic 5 days back and he developed stomach pain on left side which is of twisting type and vomiting since 5 days which is watery type 2 times per day.which is non projectile,non bilious and contain food particles the colour of vomiting is white.
History of past illness.
He has no similar history of stomach pain in past.
No history of cough ,chest pain, palpitations ,sweating ,shortness of breath,
Fever,burning mixturation.
Hypertensive from 2 years.
Negative history
Diabetes.

Family history
His father was hypertensive
