Case scenario
My self k.priyanka of 3rd bds.This 8s an online eblog to discuss our patient health data taken after his consent .Here we discuss our individual patient problem through series of inputs available from global online community to solve the problem .

Chief compliant
Male patient complaint of decreased vision in both eyes since 1 year.

History of present illness
Patient was apparently asymptomatic 1 year back and than developed decreased vision in both eyes which was insidious and gradually aggressive.
Water discharge from eyes since 2 yrs.
No history of pain and itching.

History of past illness
No history of trauma to eye
No diabetic
No hypertensive
No asthma
No thyroid
No epilepsy
